Begin by filling out my inquiry form and sharing a few details about your wedding day — your date, location, and what you’re envisioning. I’ll personally review your message and respond with my availability, collections, and next steps for moving forward within 48 hours.

If you’d like, we can schedule a quick call to connect. This is a great opportunity to chat about your wedding plans, go over any questions you may have, and make sure we’re the perfect fit for one another. It’s completely optional, but I always love getting to hear more about your vision for the day.

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll select the collection that best fits your wedding day along with any add-ons you’d like to include. I’m always happy to help guide you through the options to make sure everything feels just right for your plans.
3. choose your collection + any add-ons
To officially reserve your wedding date, you’ll sign your contract and submit the retainer. Once those are complete, your date is secured on my calendar and the fun planning can begin.

Your wedding date is officially on my calendar! From here, I’ll be by your side throughout the planning process — helping with timelines, answering questions, and making sure everything feels seamless leading up to your wedding day.
5. You're booked!
Most couples book 8–18 months in advance to secure their date. Popular wedding dates tend to fill quickly, so I always recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date selected.
How far in advance should we book?
Yes! I love photographing weddings both locally, across the country, and even internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I’m always happy to discuss the details.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I work closely with my couples to create a photography timeline that allows the day to flow naturally while ensuring we have enough time for portraits, family photos, and all the meaningful moments.
Do you help with our wedding day timeline?
Wedding clients will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours of their wedding. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 8–10 weeks. I always take great care in editing each image to ensure your final gallery feels timeless and cohesive.
When will we receive our photos?
Yes! Engagement sessions are included in some collections and can also be added on. If the session is not included in your wedding collection, they are discounted as an add-on! They’re a wonderful way for us to get to know each other before the wedding day.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is submitted. Because I take on a limited number of weddings each year, I recommend securing your date as soon as you're ready.
